Wonderful! Great playing and some unexpected turns in there.  Definitely a toe-tapper.

My mood just keeps getting better today. Dare I say it? I may be approaching "chipper."

FJ - whatever you spent on purchasing yer Fostex was money well spent. This is the 2nd song I've heard from you and the production again is first rate, just dang-clean all round with some many textures going on. Reminds me of some 70s Quo. No nonsense boogie. Fantastic.  8)

Thanks Steve, I'm glad you like it! I've had this first version Fostex VF160 for over 10 years now and it has been a very reliable work horse. I don't think the second generation, the VF16 (?), has that kind of track record. If I remember correctly it cost around $700 US new.... money well spent. Even though it just records at 16 bit, it does it very cleanly. I've thought many times about upgrading to a Boss or Zoom but I know this machine inside and out and as long as it continues to serve my purpose....I'm happy with it. Although, just listening to the results that a lot of you are getting with your Boss DAWS has really opened my eyes and ears to the their first rate quality.

Thanks again for the good comments on A Country Drive!

Thanks all (thetworegs, Willie, Geir, Burtog, Bloopy, Paul, and SteveB) for listening and for the good comments on A Country Drive! It feels good now and then to fire up the tube amps, turn them to 11, plug in a fav guitar and let it rip.

Thanks all!
