The vibe works, some great chord changes in there. Like your vocal style as well. It sounds a bit thin though - if you got something like a Micro BR though you could get a better quality recording of your guitar and vox and I think that's all it would need.

I think that is a damn fine song and I kind of like the sparse nature of the recording.  I think I would like a more produced version as well.
