He is a damn fine singer - and since I can't sing at all I'll put the hair shirt on immediately.   

Fortunately for me he is another one of these people who doesn't really do computers and internet stuff so hopefully he won't get to hear about it.

I got the sad news yesterday that another of my old mates, singer John Seaman has died.  He had been ill for some time and finally died reasonably peacefully on Monday.  John was a big man in every respect, including his singing and I am really proud to have colaborated with him on a couple of Deep Purple songs a few years ago, and been in bands with him many years ago.  Shame we didn't get to do "Burn."  In addition to John on vocals, the late Mark Drozdz plays guitar, Nick (Pipes) does Glenn Hughes vocals.  I play keyboards.

I don't normally go in for self-bumping but feel it is appropriate.

A powerful and fantastic cover guys! I loved this song then and I love it now! Great performances all around. Paul you did channel Jon Lord well!

I also have a cover of Hush hidden in my files somewhere. Hearing yours makes me want to find it. A fine cover from some fine musicians, I'm gonna give it another listen.
