Spectacular piece of music. Your key work is stunning, and you've been playing keys for a little over a year if I recall? You are an absurdly gifted individual man. This is an incredible song.

yeah Tony about a year but A trick I used on this song was to treat the keys like guitar parts.
I played the main chord progressions on one track and the melody on another and pan them together.
Just a little trick I use to get the music out of my head and recorded.
Hell, I don't plan to be playing this music. If I ever put a band together, I'll leave it to the real musicians.

Ok Nelson... I can remember back when you said you dusted off the keys and taught yourself how to play... I will have to say you are one gifted man. Your song writing skills are top notch and your ability to pick up any instrument and play with such confidence and creative expression cannot be taught... it's something that you were obviously blessed with. I'm most certainly glad you have taken to the home recording thing as we all have. Mister Nelson has certainly obtained some fans here at SC... I would be honor'd to be considered your #1 fan.

Thanks for the kind words but I don't want to mislead anyone.
I can't sit down and play this stuff straight through. As with my guitar work... I play keys just well enough to get ideas from my head and into the recorder but I'm no piano player.  
But thanks none the less, to everyone, for your supportive comments.
