Does anyone think this sounds too much like 'Fluff' by Black Sabbath on 'Sabbath Bloody Sabbath'? I've convinced myself that it doesn't really! I wanted something peaceful and easy to harmonize.

Added the MP3 player.

That is very nice,  Your guitar sounds very good.  Is this original music? I like the shimmery sound and nice mellow groove.

Very nice! Yes, it is a bit reminiscent of "Fluff" but, if you hadn't mentioned it, I might not have noticed.

On a constructive note; I'm hearing quite a bit of clipping. Try reducing your recording levels slightly on your next project to get a much cleaner recording.

By the way, you seem to have attached your song twice. You can easily correct this. At the top of your message, you'll see three icons - Quote, Modify, and Remove. If you click on the Modify icon, you can edit your original message. Click on "Additional Options" (below the editing box) to show the attachments and un-check one of them.

While you're editing your message, you could also add the MP3 player. Here's a message describing how to do it:

Many thanks...I'm beginning to understand...I've put my two examples in the wrong place. It's like starting a new job. I'm going to be fumbling about for a while! I really like this site though. I have enjoyed listening to people's music. This machine really is a life enhancer.

I've just gone through the instructions on how to add the MP3 player. I thought I'd followed it exactly but my latest Ukulele example doesn't play. It has the green buttons etc, but nothing happens when you press them. I took the link to be the long text at the top of the page, copied and pasted it between the brackets as shown....Don't understand!

Hey jackofall, I couldn't get the mp3 thingy to work first time either.  It sounds like you did exactly what I did.  Here is what you want to do:

1)First upload your song, then hit POST and post this topic.  2)Then put the cursor over the mp3 file and copy the link location (this is what you need to make it work).  3)Then edit your post, select the mp3 button (third one from the left - looks like a speaker with blue background).  Now you will see [mp3=200,20,0,center][/mp3]  4)Put your cursor in between the brackets and paste the location that you copied in the second step.  5) Hit post button and you are all done, mp3 player will play your song.

You first put the mp3 player in your thread and then you tell it where your song is located.  You will get it the next time.  It is real easy once you get it once.
