Back in the day, well before the days of DVDs and the intrawebthingy, where I worked there was an annual event called Eurovision.
All the European countries - and I mean European, not Eurasian or Russian or anywhere outside of the comfortable Common Market except perhaps for 'Null Points' Norway and 'La Swede' got together to compare and compete musically, loosely - musically. .......
