While James was looking round for something to post for his 10000th comment, I was listening to the stuff that we had been doing back in April.

This is another piano centred piece with bass and one note of synth on. Today seems the perfect day to post it, the sun is shining, the bees are flying around, it's a lazy Sunday afternoon and I have been working hard at doing as little as possible all day.

Listening to this seems to encapuslate the day. Don't let it end, don't burst the bubble.

James put some fitting words and vocals to this.
Don't burst the bubble     -  our fantasy
Don't burst the bubble     -  alternative reality
Don't burst the bubble     - daydream reveries
Don't burst the bubble     - in the sun beneath a tree
Don't burst the bubble     - being all that we can be

Don't pick the scab
You'll let things in
That you don't want
To let in

Don't burst the bubble     -  our fantasy
Don't burst the bubble     -  alternative reality
Don't burst the bubble     - daydream reveries
Don't burst the bubble     - in the sun beneath a tree
Don't burst the bubble     - being all that we can be
Don't burst the bubble     - believing that we are free
Don't burst the bubble     - masters of our destiny
Don't burst the bubble     - feel the sand beneath our feet

Don't pick the scab
You'll let things in
That you don't want
To let in

Don't burst the bubble     -  our fantasy
Don't burst the bubble     -  alternative reality
Don't burst the bubble     - daydream reveries
Don't burst the bubble     - in the sun beneath a tree
don't burst the bubble
We are here on Earth to fart around. Don't let anybody tell you any different
- Kurt Vonnegut.

Now this is very Tony Levin/Peter Gabriel of you two.........flipping dripping with feeling and emotion..............really great song.  Unexpectedly beautiful.....well not really unexpectantly....when you look at who is involved here........exceptionally beautiful..........yeah, thats more like to............unequivocally beautiful..........could be that too........exponentially beautiful........that would be forever approaching beautiful, but never quite getting there 100%.....no, not quite that...........a song about doing nothing, and being beautiful doing it...........thats it...........two beautiful dudes, being beautiful, while doing nothing all day...........nice one...........hard to categorize a beautiful song like this.

Nice contemplative piece, Mike! Love that electric piano, and how the bass mixes in with it.

James, your vocals fit perfectly. Otherwise, I'm out of superlatives for now.  :)
