saving reverb on an exported track?

Started by DAFAC, December 18, 2008, 03:41:47 AM

Hello. noob here, only had the MicroBR for about 2 months, and still getting used to it.

One thing I've noticed which is a bit of a pain is that the reverb I apply on the BR doesn't seem to stay on when I export the tracks.

Normally, for the sake of conveinience, I'll export the tracks to my laptop and edit them visually on protools, and add drums etc from that.

Is this a common problem? Or something I'm missing completely? The manual doesn't appear to say one has to do anything except simply apply it when recording or in the tracks menu to get the reverb.

Thanks for any help

reverb must be "written" to the track-by bouncing -exporting only sees whats on the track-not what's in the effects loop

Okay, I didn't realise this. Is it possible to bounce just one track? Or do all 4 have to mixed down at the same time?

Sorry for the follow up questions, I'm really not good with this stuff  :D
