i wrote and recorded 1st take quite quickly, but i put a leash on my inner puppy i  wanted the ok from corryhully 1st before posting, it was ages before he replied (14hours a lifetime lol), so i redid the vox this is take two, but i'm sure i can do it better.

dear lord gents this is beautiful......later on tonight I will be crying into my beer over this one......as I listen.......over and over.........without a doubt one of the most moving songs I have heard on this site this year, without a doubt......... I am heading out too, son is having a school's done party at the local beach, I need to get his swimsuit over to him, but I'll be back for more listens and maybe another comment........this one needs to be properly digested................great job fellas, immense and wonderful.............

Soul-stirring - I hear the ache in the vocal, and the guitar is exquisite. In my head, I heard faint strings (perhaps the echoes of the guitar) which I thought would be a nice touch, but this is fine and beautiful just the way it is.

i mean , bloody hell jim ! at first i was not sure about it with a vocal as it is tune i have played for years. but wow! the pronunciations and the lilt are amazing. it adds a whole different dimension to the music. i guess it would have been a bit of a bugger to have kept in key with though. wonderful. load this on the site please thanks jim
