i got halfway through i honestly found it tedious. i grew up listening to stuff like that.

did you know i was a big judas priest fan, then i saw them for the 2nd time at the glasgow apollo.

rob halford came onto the stage in a harley davidson with all the leather stuff on (before it was associated with the gay scene) he had a big long whip (i know)
the stage at the apollo was about 14 foot high, he cracked the whip above the aduience and as it came down, someone grabbed it, pulled it, the rh and the hd toppled over, the illusion and my love of heavy metal disintegrated at that moment.

back in the early 70s metal was great but i think the later stuff is just rerunning the same old same old.
