Another beauty, Tim - loving the chimey guitars and bass, everything is full and clean. This song exudes quality.

Great to hear another of your tune's Tim. I've long enjoyed your style. Always that great Beatles influence but distinctly Greeny.

Good dynamics, excellent writing and playing, and your vox are pro.

Nice mix and production as always. I'm a fan. You're one of the very best on this site..and there are alot of good Indie's here. This song is a good example of your 'cut above' abilities. Excellent work!

Amazing and beautiful song Tim. Great playing as always. That acoustic sounds exactly the way i would like mine to sound on my next acoustic recording. Sweet!

Great vox and lyrics. I agree we are all cut from the same cloth but with the people i meet in everyday life
i wish it wasn`t so! ;D

Nice song!!

Thanks for the kind words, everyone.

If anyone is interested, the guitars were recorded via GTR+MIC on the MBR... i.e. simultaneously pressing the GTR and MIC inputs to get a mix of direct input (via a guitar lead) and microphone. It gives a much more natural / organic feel. I turn the fx OFF and keep the volume via the lead-in quite low (...just enough to add a little depth to the 'live' recording).

Hey... that's an interesting technique.  I am going to try it.  Thanks for sharing!  And yes, it does sound very natural/organic...

and you look so good on me
that i'd like to wear you home

Loved those lines in particular.
The guitar sound is wonderful and thanks for the technique.
A fine song. A little sad sounding for a love song? (up the tempo?)
Great melody, great ideas, great execution, great production.
