OK guys here's me doing one of my favorite Robert Cray song, Poor Johnny. It was recorded first with guitar and vocals simultaneously, with the same microphone, to a click-track. Then I added bass and organ, and used the drum machine on the Micro BR. I recorded it this afternoon, and I think it went pretty well. I just uploaded it on SoundCLoud, but when I was going to make a direct link, were you can listen to it here on the forum, it said that the track is currently not available. So I'll just leave you with a simple link. Hope you like it! http://soundcloud.com/mattiash-llsten/poor-johnny

Nice work. I've never heard this song, but it has a great feel. Some really good chord changes. Your guitar work is nice and subtle, and the organ adds a lovely warmth when it comes in. That's a damn good solo too! Production-wise, you should think about panning it out a bit, as everything is quite 'narrow'. It would make a lot of difference. Like the little Chopin funeral march bit at the end too!

Don't know the song either, but I love your version.  Really admire that you can play and sing at the same time, I've always struggled with that.  Great feel
