Love the dramatic opening fade-in. Sounds very cinematic. If you were singing (or mumbling...) in French, this could be a Serge Gainsbourg song. I'm not sure how this song works, but it really does. A very arresting aural journey. Both clever and inspired. That sudden cut-off works well too. Deeply impressive stuff!

Nice to hear that you think it belongs in a musical as that is exactly what I'm trying to do with thetworegs project write a musical/rock opra about Regs Schitzo struggle to get clean/sober against the odds and claim his life back. I still have a way to go yet before opening night, but thanks for the support and critic it helps me decide what could work and what doesn't....thanks
