Redone "LIVE"!!!!  I tried something new.  Instead of recording the guitar to click track and separate vocal, I played vocal and guitar together with no click track.  Usually I use drum track for timing.  So I guess this counts as "live", albeit inside my bedroom closet.  I don't know how steady my timing is, but I think it sounds more "natural" playing it "loose" timing.  Admission: I peeked at the chord/lyric sheet while playing -- will have to memorize it -- but this song's got lots of chord variations!  Also bumped the capo up from 2nd fret to 3rd fret.

Metronome was set to 60 BPM, by far the slowest of anything I've ever tried.  Jeez it's hard to play and sing slow and not sound silly!

A trick I use for really slow tunes is to play it at the same speed, but with the metronome at double the speed - 120 in this case.  It helps keep your timing more precise as you are less worried about when that next click is going to happen, and you will be more comfortable playing and even singing to it.

Very good performance, all the chords sounded bang on to me and this one has some subtle but necessary chord variants (7ths and things, I dunno, my theory sucks... I play em but I can't name em).  You got 'em all.

I always considered the Eagles more of a crossover band, I could not put them into any one category.
