Yeah,  Jake is great.  If you ever get a chance to see him in concert I highly recommend it. He also does a great Led Zeppelin cover and a cover of time after time by Cyndi Lauper. 

One of the things I love about the ukulele is that it is such an approachable instrument, it unbelievably easy to play and because of it's size it never fails to bring a smile to peoples  face when one is broken out, however there are a growing number of people out there, like Jake Shimabukuro and Aldrine Guerrero, who are proving that in the right hands a ukulele can be a very expressive and complex instrument.   

I am still at the "campfire sing along "stage of learning the Uke, but  it is players  like this that I aspire to.

Looks a bit easier to play than a mandolin. The frets on one of those are stupidly, impossibly small...
