This looks like being the final mix, poor jims ears are bleeding from mixing and mastering this.  

I still find it a thrill that people from Norway, England, Scotland , U.S. , and Eastern / Western Canada, who would have never known each other, have an oppotunity to share the joy of creating music together. The world is really a smaller place now isn't it?

All parts were imported into cubase and because there were so many parts jim mixed it into three stereo parts then imported them into his microbr for mastering.

3rd part was all the backing vox

Nice one fellas....when I was thinking of putting harmonica on I had to figure out the key was so I would pick the right harmonica.....turns out this is in the key of F..........who the heck writes a folky/campfire song in F.......thats some original songwriting Kenneth man....almost like something the great St.Thomas would have done..............beauty.  This was a real pleasure to work on with you other wonderful guys.

When you first posted this, I wasn't sure what you were hoping for since it already sounded complete to me. But it turned out really good. I especially like that accordian or harmonica sound that runs throughout the song. It gives it a real folky feel. Well done everyone!

that is kind of what inspired the lyric, specifically the lyric is about myself, geir, tharek and flash harry getting together again in the very near future, and who knows maybe some others too, volcanic ash permitting.

i still have everything saved on my hard drive, tho my pc was straining under the weight of all the tracks. so if anyone still wants to add send the tracks to me, tho i do need to rest my ears.

working with so many tracks caused some strange dynamics, raise the level of one track a smidgeon and it would drown out another track whilst making yet another track sound louder. i thought i was going crazy.

and 64guitars the accordian is played throughout whilst bb's harmonica follows the lead vox in the verses.
