Noi due - Italian pop ballad with Mimmo

I've seen a bunch of new songs being posted here - and haven't had the time to listen to any of them. I hope I can catch up soon.

Anyway, here is a new one from myself. It is actually an old song, but Mimmo and I haven't been lucky in finding collaborators. Finally John added some nice drums, and Enrico played the violin for us. All the rest was done in the box,

I had big troubles with the drums because I did not have the seps, just a pre-mixed stereo file that did not sound great. But I bought a couple of great tools recently that finally enabled me to fix that problem.

Very good recording here.  Everything sounds good how it all hangs together.  Its nice hearing a lyric in Italian.  What can I say, very pro recording.

Working with Mimmo is always a pleasure. I have one more Italian song with him on the shelve that I would like to finish. But we need at least an acoustic guitar picker to help us.

It's actually the very first song we ever did together. I think it was started in 2006 or 2007. About time to get it done, isn't it?

Well, I must admit that this song does not seem to be many people's cup of tea. I don't know if it is because of the sound (I mentioned the problems with the poorly pre-mixed drums) or the song itself. I actually do like the melody and the performances, which makes me overhear some of the sonic issues ...

Anyway, I'm glad some of you like the song!

BTW, I replaced the original mix/master with a slightly modified mix. The mastering is completely new.

Steffen... thought I had commented on this one already. Man... this deserves way more comments. Give it some time... I'm sure all of the songcrafters will chime in soon enough. Personally I love your music. Very uplifting... and soooo well produced. Your a true craftsman bro. Thanks for sharing.
