Many years ago I was very lucky to be aquainted with a very fine bluegrass band The Orange Blossom Sound who were probably one of the finest exponents of the genre that England could produce and from that moment I always loved the banjo which is such a versatile instrument. Having rambled for a few minutes I gotta say I love this, makes me want to play along..............Willie

BB is right on here...but then we go back to what i was saying about multitrack songs vs. live performance. This song has the ability to blossom with instrumentation but you have the core nailed down. Interesting lyrics/story and good writing.

Is it possible to hear the banjo and not smile? Not for me!

A cold one under the old orange tree in the shady corner with a 5 string. Now THAT's livin' in Florida!

Nice stuff here Chip.
