On a another forum I put this up and it was mostly slated as unfinished and full of mistakes.  I retired hurt and moved on, and yes the comments were right as far as it goes, but in line with another project I am working now it seems appropriate. and as I quite like it anyway.  Here is an old song in the new collection - -Called  " Almost Pornographic"

Hope you enjoy - The other songs are almost completed.  But I thought this reflected the theme quite well
Guild Starfire 5, Fender Telecaster, Fender Stratocaster, K Yairi and Walden and a 12 Stagg string acoustic guitar and other music making boxes - including mandolin, bouzouki and 5 string banjo, uke and acoustic bass - a few M-Audio keyboards and a flute - all played and treated with equal love and attention - zoom ut 2 pedal and Logic Pro X

If you are pleased , then does it matter what they said?
I think it's cool, kind of jam thing going on , relaxing, and full of emotion. I like it.

I enjoyed it - a nice feel you've created here. There's some nice atmospheric work going on there.

My only slight issue is the mix, I felt the rhythm dominates the mix a little and the lead is a bit lost. I'd be tempted to put the lead more central in the mix and push the rhythm guitar more wide left and right to give the lead a bit more space.

Cheers,

Nigel

I like this, it sounds as if it could be used a soundtrack to a historical tele documentry or a period piece drama. As Nigel suggests, perhaps a tweak on the balance of the instruments but what do I know, I get about one in ten close to being right..............Willie

very cool. Sounds to me like gun fighting music from the old west..

First of all ... this is cool and good ... I like open artistic stuff
like this and I have no desire to search for or to nitpick over
a mistake or two when listening to someone's creation.

And second ... this is an incredible and inspiring site.  I've gotten
nothing but support and positive responses on the few things
I've posted and have consistently seen the same support
amongst this entire group.

Nice tune ... kb
