Thanks very much for all your really kind comments people.  I have to say I am really pleased with the way this song has come out.

Tomorrow will be a really good day, Nick and his partner Karol are in the UK and are bringing their baby daughter Tereska up to visit Chapman Towers.  They are picking Mark up on the way so all 3 False Prophets will be in the same house for a day!  Not likely to result in any music but we can manage that remotely.  I suspect that there might be an ale or two consumed and lots of regressing.

Should be fun!

There is so much going on in this song. enough ideas for most bands whole albums.
Kind of late 60's early seventies vibe?

I don't normally go in for self bumping but seeing Pipes for the first time in too many years at Trevor's Yorkshire fest reminded me of this song from a project we did years ago with the late Mark Drozdz on guitar. I couldn't find it here at first and then realized that I must have posted a link to it without attaching an mp3.  Fortunately I have a CD so faffed about ripping it.

I wrote the music and gave it a working title which Pipes tuned into a song - and added an awesome fretless bass solo.  Mark Drozdz added guitars including a face melting guitar solo.  I doubt I'll ever do a better synth solo.

I miss you Mark you old bastard.

I'm glad you self bumped this Paul because I missed it the first time around. I knew you guys were/are a great prog group with all the chops and vocals to pull it off but this one blows the doors off of the prog music shed! The synth and guitar solos are progatastic and Nick's vocals give them a run for their money. I like how you gave Nick a spot to showcase his fretless bass playing. Thanks for bumping it from the Falsies' archives Paul!

fuck me with a pogo stick... this is one amazing track.. that keyboard against the guitars and bass... man this is Rush and Kansas and some incredibly original shtuff coming down... heavy as enriched uranium and certainly as radioactive...
the bass is amazing... so crazy actually, that solo...

glad this got on the list again..
Nicks vocals are certainly fantastic... once again a real beautiful gem..

that lead is incredible... the whole track is really different... and yet it feels like normal... like the vibes I know.. this hits alot of really cool places musically.
