BB - After 6 minutes singing in the shower this morning, I finally realised that I didn't actually KNOW anyone named Katherine Lynn! This is what I mean about hooks, this song as more of them than a fisherman's basket. The German's have a word that when translated means ear-worm; something that gets inside yer head and waits there to pounce and drive you nuts because you can't get it to leave. A bit like this song! :)

Thank you SteveB (and everyone else!!!!), that makes my day.  I think this was my first song (third one written) where it felt like a had a real song on my hands, there was no stopping after this one, I still get a thrill from listening to this, and reading comments on this one, Thanks for that.

When you said country I was hesitant but from the opening guitars talking to each other, to the wailing drums, through the vocal harmonies and soaring solo... you had me.  Some great lyrics in this ballad, too.

Great song.
