Crow and Dove (Vanessa Vazquez)

I'm especially proud of this young lady. Her name is Vanessa Vazquez and she's only twelve years old. She is one of my music students, and we've been working on her songwriting. She has a real natural ability to construct stories and set them to music. I don't know where she comes up with this stuff.

She's the 'anchor' of a band I'm helping to form with three of my other young students. Here's a picture of them:



She's the one on the far left holding the bass. She plays keyboard, guitar, bass, and sings in the band. They're calling themselves Glass Echo.

This recording is a very rough version of Crow and Dove, but I wanted to get it posted during the Localfest.
