I`m overwhelmed by all your comments and i thank you all and if it wasn`t for you and the site to inspire me and make me to keep pushing myself to sing and write songs, i`d be sitting on my couch eating potato chips right now ;D

That comment made my day Ken..Thank you!!..Next to Randy, he is one of my favorite guitar players and the most under-rated. I`m a RUSH fanatic too!

Those things we take for granted - when we're young and immature - will surely return to haunt us when we're old and insecure

Fantastic song - it is all great but the vocals are the standout for me, great performance and well recorded - which, as we all know, is not easy to do!  Killer song!

There are only 12 notes, how hard can it be?....

It just blows me away when I listen to some of the songs and the talent resident on this board.............so much better than what you get on commercial radio........and this is ONE GREAT SONG!  Beautifully written, sung and played.  Great job!
"Play because you love it. Don't worry about if it will ever make any money, just understand that playing is an end in itself, and you play music, it will make your life better. And, don't worry about being a star, don't worry about making money, worry about nothing, just sit down with your guitar and let it speak to you and that will make your life better. It will bring beauty into your life. It's a great thing to do."     ---- David Crosby

Wow Eric, this is absolutely stunning! Not mushy head, brilliant acoustic and world domination head - this would deserve to be a huge hit IMO. Fabulous guitar parts, I love that little trill you do in the LH channel guitar, and the whole thing just builds sublimely. This is really, really well put together and sounds absolutely fantasic. The lyrics are really good as well.

A very big "WOW" from me. Very well done.

Cheers,

Nigel

Gnasty? That was soundin like the missing link between melodic sweet rock & grunge and what went before. Your melodies are world class. We're left in limbo tho at the end. Surely this is just the intro to a bludgeoner???

You sure kinda know me Black Mary...The music for this was written as a power ballad but not knowing how it was going to turn out when i recorded last week , i like the ending a lot and i`m happy as is. . The song is a question.

I could always write a part II for it though...Thanks again for the great comments!!!
