Hi folks.

Glad to present you this track, i worked several months on it. It was born as a loose variation of theme from 2008 movie "Ip Man", originally composed by Kenji Kawai.

Ip Man was a Gradmaster of Wing Chun(southern Chinese kung-fu) and he is widely known as a Bruce Lee's SiFu(teacher). Wilson Yip's movie portrays his life during the Second World War and Japanese intervention in China.


I'd be happy to hear your opinion on the track, especially on the vocals, are they ok? I asked Stasya, a friend of mine, to sing for this track and then used a really wise-ass-know-how-ten-plugins processing, so i'm not sure if i didn't spoil anything.


And the little verse is:
"Heavy rain patters on the empty streets
Only strikes on a wood echo in the hall",
which refers to traditional Wing Chun training on mook yuan jong - the wooden dummy.
