LocalFest - transport to central by the associates covered by oldrottenhead

the associates are pretty well known in scotland and in the uk but i'm not sure how well known they are further afield,their late singer billy mackenzie is in my opinion the greatest singer that ever lived, by some twist of fate and due to billys looks they ended up as a chart band with a teen girl following, the weirdest teen band ever lol. gawd knows what the little girlies made of their albums lol.,

this took the best part of two days, i originally tried to do their song "breakfast" but that was bigger car crash than this. anyway hopefully this qualifies for the Lesser known artists from your home country or state festival.

I often walk around singing Party Fears Two (very badly...!). It's one of the standout songs of the 80's. I admire your pluck for covering anything by them, because (as you say) Billy Mackenzie is one of the greatest and most unorthodox singers ever. This sounds great though. Full of atmosphere and avant garde sonic landscapes. I didn't know this actual song, so it was a nice new discovery. Great work!

I didn't know The Associates. I find their singer simply a Genius. Then It's quite impossible to cover him but you did anyway a real courageous and great job. Bravo Giacomo!
