I wanted to revisit the nineties emo-punk/alternative sound that I really love, so I started this project with my roommate.

Let me know what you think.

"There's a nerve in my fingertip with a stubborn habit of remembering your skin.
I don't mind if your memory drops by
But when you're always uninvited, I don't really want to let you in.
Biological treason
A likely catalyst for inciting psycho-semantic civil war
I bought a bottle of a brand name remedy
Needed a break from all of the tonic wine.
I noticed that you got a new hair cut
When I drove by your house.
I think I liked it longer like before
I guess its not my business, your not my girl anymore
I just keep marveling at my own dissolution
The last evidence of love.

Yes - I thought it was pretty cool! I also liked the natural sounding recording, which I think makes it that much better to listen to.

Peace,

Excellent - love the guitar work throughout this and the overall feel of the track is spot on. Great job, and great vox as well.

Cheers,

cool song...I like the way it holds together in an rubbery contact cement kind of way. Lyrics are really good and the over all feel is very punk.

Very cool! You've nailed a great sound, and the songwriting is top notch too. I really enjoyed listening to this. I'm guessing those are live drums... they give a really organic feel that a lot of us miss with programmed rhythms.
