how do i upload to my pc?

Hi, does anyone know how to upload recordings to a pc, basically ive downloaded a backing track and played along with it, and now want to listen to it on my pc, ive used the br wav converter which works but seems to seperate the backing track and what you played into two seperate files, so when you play it back its either the backing track you listen to or the part you played along to, how do you get it to become one  ???
