Some of your best work!!!

Oh boy, now isn't this an absolutely stella piece of work. I hate drawing comparisons but I do believe this is the best I've heard you play and I'm mightily impressed. If I were still awarding Golden Willies this would be top of the list.............Willie

I get the Gilmour vibe but I'm also hearing some Dean Ween influence. Kick-Ass!

Now thats a compliment......
A super big thank you to everybody.  I am trying to expand out of my tired old blues licks into something else.  And Sandy, you are right on, part of this is directly related to listening to lots of Ween lately, that Dean sure can play.  One of the most underrated guitarists out there.  I also have been listening to Buckethead.  Between those two influences I have been playing with different notes than usual.  It is a very liberating feeling to get out of my blues ruts thats for sure.  I reallly apreciate all the fantastic comments, its got me right pumped up to continue on this path.  All the Gilmour references are very much apreciated too, I wasn't thinking Gilmore at all, but it came out sounding Gilmour-ish I guess, he is a huge subconscious influence on me perhaps....the man casts a large shadow over guitar playing.

This was from the mBR, I am thinking MSDry, I can't remember for sure, I just flipped through until I found what sounded good.
