Schoolboy recording error??

Trying to finish my first track on BR800. I think I have recorded some of the tracks as loops.D'oh!.

As the song finishes some of the tracks start again randomly to each other. The file as a whole seems to stop after 200 measures or so.
I hope I can chop this somehow, I cant see how to do it on the BR can it be done on the sonar LE software??

Please advise me I'm a muppet!!

I did the same thing one of the first times I recorded on the 800 too. Don't remember what I did to fix it tho. Maybe record silence to the tracks that loops, from where they're supposed to end ...  or delete them and re-record them ...
