I got a Knopfler vibe from this too. I absolutely love that intro and repeated echo of it. Thought-provoking and clever lyrics too. This is a stand-out, killer track! Mighty fine work...

Firstly I'd like to thank you all for your more than generous replies, finding time to do justice to an idea is quite difficult at the moment due to work committments. I'm sure I'm not alone there.
