Recylcefest - More Than a Feeling / Boston /

A couple of weeks ago, we watched The Men Who Stare at Goats (the film [good film but what were they thinking of casting Ewen McGregor for that role – sounded like a Scotsman who'd moved to the mid West six months earlier!]).  But when they played More Than a Feeling I could immediately hear this trance version in my head.  Got the tracks down a couple of days later and have spent the best part of two weeks getting it to sound right, re-recording here and there.

My hat is off to people that make this type of music, it's bloody hard to get right.  I've been through about 8 or 10 iterations of this.  There are still nits, but you've got to draw the line somewhere...

I guess my version will be sacrilege to many of you old school rockers, but at least I've not rewritten the story or any of the lyrics this time (unlike my Whole Lotta Rosie https://songcrafters.org/community/index.php?topic=9978.msg133656#msg133656")

I love this song... a long-held guilty pleasure, lol. And I really wasn't expecting this to turn out the way it did! It's bloody inspired. Has that real 90's Ibiza techno groove sound. It should be a big club dance hit. Very fine work indeed!!!!

Really enjoyed this, I'm not a fan of Boston or the original version, so I actually much preferred this! Nice treatment and good production all round.
