this must be about the 20th time ive recorded this song, one of my favourites, tried to do it disco but not sure which genre i ended up in.

And I love every one of your covers of this fantastic song.  It is a bit dark sounding for disco, for me it is kinda Gary Numanish.  Bloody fantastic thats what I say.

There's a kind of innate intensity to the song which comes through no matter what treatment is applied.  I wanted to be clever and say that your version had a New Order feel, but it's not really that style. Gary Newmanish is a good call.  And very good with it too.

Nice job Jim, it;s kind of dark euro techno electronica. I like the production here - very good layering of the sounds (especially the percussion stuff), simple but very effective. Great version and I really enjoyed this.
