bloody kids eh?
my oldest asked if i would remove the dirty animal video from youtube because "it's embarrassing dad"!

i asked my girls to sing the chorus but they where too embarrassed lol.

We used to hold hands
And skip and dance down the street
Making up rhymes with our names
Count to ten
And play silly games
I'd lift you up onto my back
Or push you round in a shopping cart

Love it! I can relate. I've entered that phase...but all things must pass. It's sad and I miss those days as you've mentioned...I guess the truth is, they got to grow up but unfortunately (or fortunately) we don't.

my eight year old is considering doing the chorus (fingers crossed), she listened and read lyrics and said, but i still hold your hand daddy, i replied but you dont skip with me anymore. she said i will on monday but we have to stop when we get near the school gate.

I too can also relate to this bigtime and i`m gonna play it for my girl first chance.

I miss the kid in her but yeah i still act juvenile to get her going..lol

Mine are either at university (dad can you tax my car/fill my tank/buy some food/buy some beer) or in Oz (dad, I know you're coming over on holiday and I want you to have a holiday, but I need some decking putting down and a barbeque building).
