I've been listening to some Hawkwind today and this has a similar kind of feel with the amazing guitar effects, although the riffing is something different altogether. Great listen, very different and as always very innovative.

This is insanely good...infectious riffing combined with some really cool guitar effects which give it a modern prog rock feel to my ears....sounding very "Muse like" to me in parts, particularly the spacey guitar sound.

On occasion I locate buried electrical wiring with a line locator. I've never once thought of putting a track together with it, but I know how it would sound now. and yes, I do play around with the wand just to get some cool noises and effects.
