That Big Muff is something else.  I may have to investigate one.  It seems like a secret weapon for the occasional track.

Wonderful singing as always.

Cool cover. Always been one of my favourites as well.

I like the interpretation in the backing but, for me, the vocal is the stunner on this. It's got the original's vibe, but it's recognisably you rather than Mr Bowie.

How often have you played it live? I'm guessing that's one of the reasons you've managed to capture such an impressive and relaxed vocal. The rest of us who've played it in the living room for years would be struggling with "how much should I impersonate Bowie/Newley" if we tried to record it - I would, certainly. But I suspect you only needed to deliver the performance you've grown into and have already had accepted by live audiences. And a damn fine one it is too :)

Love the tempo on this version, makes your playing really shine through, and damn that's some fine singing.

Don't understand.  How did I miss this at the time???  Must pay more attention.

A really Great Green cover.  The impression I'm getting is if XTC covered Ziggy Stardust, this is probably how it would have sounded.  I love your bass playing.  The whole effect is almost psychadelic.

My entry into Ziggyfest was more Bauhaus...

Brilliant cover... it's really got that 70s vibe. The slightly slower tempo works really well, too making the song a little more plaintive. Classy :)
