UPS just delivered it. I just had time to open the package box up and snap this picture (sorry for the blur - starting to get dark in the house):

Wanted to share my initial thoughts and some pix as I looked at it (apologies for the grain and blur - took them with my phone tonight and the light wasn't quite enough).

Okay, here's the unboxing pic:



It comes with a mini-USB cable, two AA batteries, and manuals and software pack. No fig leaf velveteen 'case' like the Micro BR, though...

Did a quick visual inspection before inserting the batteries - it's got a solid feel to it, although it's still plastic. The tactile feel is really nice. Turning it over, one of the first things I noticed was this switch:



Looks like you can switch the 1/4" input between guitar and microphone? That could be handy! I do need to read the fine manual...  



Battery port now holds only two double AA batteries (and not the SD card also, as the MBR does). The battery cover is not tethered (just like the MBR), so don't lose it!  

The Toshiba 2GB SD card that it comes with is kept in this slot (it's spring loaded like the MBR's, and has a rubberized plastic, tethered cover):
