You never stop surprising us do you Henny !!
WOW what can I say .. interesting harmonies ;D
Not sure if it's a nightmare you're having or just a weird dream .... It's, as always, a fantastic production, and as far out as you can be ... and then some ... ;D
I'm gonna set this on repeat now .....
P.S. still hoping for your version of "Run for your life" !!

From the 'So out, it's in' scale. My favourite. ;D ;D

might do RFYL. I'm just so tied up for the next 6 weeks keeping Baby henwrench entertained. Ain't no summer holidays for old henwrench...
Thanks Henwrech! Now we know what the Beatles would sound like if they weren't from Liverpool, but from Vienna 1920's, Paul Schoenberg, John Berg and George Webern. Ringo is just Ringo everywhere.
Please indulge us: is the snoring your own?

Barking mad brilliance. Not one for the purists! So far out there that it's almost reached the South Pole, lol. I'm digging all the sound overlays and experimentation, and how you walk a tightrope with the melody. It makes it quite tense and disturbing, but that's what we love about you. It's a strange dream that going on here. Strange but rather beautiful.
Hot damn man I love this, that womans voice at the end just does it, thats what its all about. Could that be the lovely Mrs Henwrench on snoring duty? Its amazing how the snoring keeps perfect timing, it really works a rhythm track for this madness. Its that voice at the end though, that really spooked me, like I was dreaming and was being reminded to "wake up". There is a spook about this for sure.
How much did you have to pay Rolf Harris? (D'ya know what it is yet?)
Off the wall.
thats really wacky. nice work
Sounds like White Noise do the Beatles. And it's brilliant. As per bloomin' usual.
Cheers,
Nigel
weird...just really frickin' weird mang.

Brilliant!

Who can argue with that?
Wacky, henwrench! :)
This sits right up there with 'In Another Land' from 'Their Satanic Majesties Request'; the only other song I can think of that features snoring as an instrument!
Sometimes when I listen to a song I ask to myself, "Would Bob Hope sing this?". And the answer here is a resounding YES!!!
I love you and so does Mr. Hope!

AGREE with aboe. the effects and distortion in the recording effect

DEf crazy off-the-wall Hermwench creativity!! Somebody sure is sawing logs :~) What can i say, a real unique and interesting listen.... ha, entertaining too!
another one i missed. mental and magic in equal proportions the perfect mix of the two.
:D
It was one of my favorite Beatles songs until Suggs mauled it to death. This Hen version restores it though. Mental and Magic.
Timely bump
great recording.
