It sure did! This is really good. One of my favorite songs by The Clash that I don't have in my library. I mean
didn't have in my library; I do now.
Wow! The covers you have performed have always been genious! So, is this, too. (Have I mentioned that 'In The City' has been the ringtone in my phone for several months).
You sing this really well. Joe would like this if he heard your version! Fine job, Sandy!

Badass! I was wondering if anyone was gonna do some Clash! One of the few bands, outside of metal and thrash, that I liked back in the day.
Awesome job on an awesome song! Love the panning effect!
Really great, I love it, keep on rocking, keep on rolling. Seriously good version.
Very clean recording and interesting effects. Well done.
i must have early onset senile demthingy i was sure i commented on this one yesterday. ???? loving your vocals on this one sandy.
Really cool use of guitar-fx ...
And wonderful vocal delivery !!
Love it Sandy !
Love it .....True blue GritAttack...cool cool version ;D
I love your covers man!
this is just superb
vocals are top notch
and I really liked that tone effect
Sandy this is great... Loved the pan effect on the guitar... Really fit the dry crunch guitar. The Vox are spot on. This would be great left alone... or made into full production track... Just great.

Excellent entry, Sandy! You got style, man...
I was a major Clash fan back in the day, and this brought the memories flooding back.
Fantastic version Sandy, great guitar effect - how'd you do that? Is it one of the tremelo ones.
You did well to do a great version without aping the original, and there's a real Strummer-edge to your vox. Like Cuth I also loved this era Clash (saw them in Bristol in 1978), and this version brought back great memories!
Cheers,
Nigel
Wicked guitar panning Sandy. I'm always a fan of your work, this being no exception.
Thanks for the kind words everyone!

Nigel, I believe I used the *Grinder effect on the guitar.
*correction: Grunger
Loving This Grits!!!!
Awesome Cover!!!!
Vocal is soooo Good bro!
Great cover Grits man!! The main guitar makes me feel jittery or is that Grittery? Luv your vox on this track!
