Title: electroplankton/guitar-jam
Post by: madrab on August 11, 2008, 05:01:27 AM
I am trying to use my childrens nintendo ds to make music. This thing is done with three tracks generated by the program elektroplankton. Then I added bass and finally tried to play some guitar on it. There is alot of things you cannot controll when you use elektroplankton: the way I use it is to improvise. It turned out to be something around A minor. Then I just add.

I know blues more than anything else, so I didn't really know what to do with the guitar. Look at it as work in progress, possibly a deadend. If you get your hands on a ds with elektroplankton, try it.

Pretty cool stuff. The sounds from the Nintendo DS are nice!

Sounds like fun. The kids have a music prog for the PS2 somewhere, will have to give it a go.

it's too slow and long. But I have just started. And it is really good for my overall playing to try to do things like this.

I have another one where my son came up with a cromatic thing that I tried to do something with.
