One thing is for certain: Les Paul is responsible for changing the way rock & roll sounds and he will be greatly missed.

And don't forget recording pioneer (since this is a recording website).  I mean, figuring out to put tape over recording heads so certain tracks could be saved for later....If not for Les maybe no Micro BR

Yes he was awesome I am  so glad I have one of his guitars.
