this is a song i did ages ago, but i rerecorded it on micro br.
this is microbr version next post will have original fae the 80's.
here is the older version recorded on gas fostex.
also note the low number of mp3 file i think 4th song i ever wrote.
it does even sound like the same tune
I think the improvement is in more than just the technology there! Bit of a New Romantic back in the 80's ? Has that sort of vibe.
How cool is this?
This is freaking cool !! What a sweet comparison New vs Old !! Most excellent !!
..now ya gotta do an old vs new vs newer lol
Brilliant! I am stuck in the 80s so loved this. I love the high and low vocal combo, a lovely melodic song and I love the ringy guitars. Very good effort for an early attempt at songwriting.
Cheers,
Nigel

Catchy Brit pop!! I can hear the ghost of Pulp here....
Great song... interesting to hear the differences between both versions. It really shows how a tune can evolve.
Cool song (both versions). Many improvements in the new version, but the old version has its charms too.
This gives me an idea...

Didn't realize this while I was listening to the two versions in this topic. All three versions are great but I
love the Norway MET version.

the norway met version came via me using the words from this song over an instrumental track by jackofall https://songcrafters.org/community/index.php?topic=1324.0
