Title: Bluesberrys Jam
Post by: StevieM on June 24, 2009, 02:43:08 AM
I've re-read the subject title-- looks like something you can put on toast ;D ;D

Right, here we go. This is after about two and a half lessons. Try to ignore the bad bits? Please????

Oh yeh-- Thanks to Avergo for posting this in the first place too.

Wow this is amazing.  You have a whole different take on this. It's neat how everyone interpets the song.  Some really great bends.  You really got going in the second half.  I think you did great at 2 1/2 lessons.  Great ending.  I am only about 1 lesson ahead of you. Good job!!

You are really feeling those bends Stevie.  Great timing and those little hammer on frills are just great.  I would say you are doing real good.  You have expression and feeling by the bucket, that is the hardest part of making blues guitar sound good.  The rest comes with practice and finger strength and muscle/ fretboard memory.  On your way for sure.

Great job. Very nice feeling. I would have guessed you've done a lot more than 2 1/2 lessons.

Really cool blues here !!!! You've really picked up a lot in 2 1/2 lessons. Those crying bends are perfect blues to me.
