Hello from the Mississippi Gulf Coast. :)
I'm a long-time guitar owner and wanna-be player, with a BR-864 I can't yet do much with either. :-[ I found this site through my old buddy Mr. Google and look forward to learning a bit about recording from some real users. 8) The manual is, to me anyway, a bit unwieldy and those things I've "learned" only seem to stay with me for as long as I'm open to the page it was on. ??? I hope that by following the threads here, I'll be able to absorb a bit more from the conversational exchanges between real people, than I've been able to from the rather dry instructions in the book. :)
