Here's a fun collaboration song I did with some friends. It's a one chord, sort of jazzy/funk song.
Credits:
DrC - organ and mix/production.
Larry T. - Piano.
Steve R. - 8 string bass and drums.
Farrell - Vocals, lyric and harmonica.
Mastered by LANDR.
No guitars were harmed in this song.
Cool tune Farrell. Dig the cheerful vibe, straight forward lyrics and well recorded.
Excellent groove mate.
Love the story, this is the dogs bollocks if you parden the pun.
Great performance by all.
What a great cool and tight groove! Some excellent performances in this track and as funky as hell. Cool vocal too, Farrell.
Toe tapping fun song - great all around - harp & Hammond leads rock out! 8)
Loving that Hammond! Very cool vibes all round. A great fun track and some great playing all round on this one.
Just superb! What a groove, especially at 2 minutes spot. A toe tapper, oh yes!!
Brilliant guys. Who needs a bunch of fancy chords anyway. This is tight and so cool - sounds like a live recording. Loads of feeling and Farrell this is really good vocal you put down here.

Amazing what can be done with one chord and a little imagination.

A real deep groove, very amusing words and some crazy good organ playing. The harmonica is also a very cool addition.
A seriously groovin' track. Major pro level talent all around, I'm blown away! Especially that organ playing! And the vocals are perfect. And the harmonica is very tastefully done too. I want to hear this played live in a club!
great song farrell and friends , love the grove , brilliant musicianship all round . and love the sound of your voice on the vocals brill tune ......cheers tony cee
reminds me big time of Colonel Bruce Hampton (RIP sir)...he was a guy who fronted a jam band... I would never have heard of him except a young guy I worked with liked some of my music and told me about him...
cool vibe... good song.... really rockss along....and those organs I love
and this is also a bit like some of Mothers of Invention music...
there are lots of "dogs" who want to piss on ya in this old world...
WOWWOWOWOOOOOW !
mr. cool and the gang! great interplay among you all ... ok I may be a little old fashioned, but I think of a fred neil kinda bleecker and mc dougal blues session (gone electric, of course). LoL, its my way to say it really impress me !
awesome!
Wow that sounds complicated to me that bass is outrageous, what great listen, great work guys pro!
A great light hearted tune, funny lyrics and some excellent funky, jazzy music. Some real nice playing on the jazz organ near the end. That beat keeps things tight all the way through. :)
