You write nice songs, Hilary and this one is particularly sweet, especially the lyrics. Nothing better to shatter a man's ego than with those last few lines; serves him right.
A lovely lyrical twisteroo at the end there. I love the contrast between the sweet delivery and the bitterness of the words. It actually makes a lot of sense when you look at how dark those Grimm 'fairytales' were. This really works - I hope you plan to play it live as it would go down great with an audience who don't know whats coming. Great songwriting and performance!
