Heres an attempt for the instrumental festival ......Too much fast living and this is where you end up.....
The Heart specialist waiting room
Music Reg
FREAKY!
Not my ideal location, but a cool track.
Very cool. Love the noises, great groove and really enjoyed the keyboards. It made my heart skip a beat.....very worrying!
Very effective. The drums set the heartbeat, the low figure in the piano creates that feeling of dread, the rest all contributes to the nervous tension of the piece. Good effects and recording.
Me and this room are old friends.
Nice one Trev,it jumps about your head and gets you panning to each instrument.
A cool track for the fest.
Well done.
that riff will stay with me for a couple of days , catchy stuff , i try and stay away from the doctors at my age , like the theme and the track , great stuff
Dunny
Creates an atmosphere of dread with all those 'medical' noises panning around the mix. Cool riff on that piano, Trev and a worthy entry for the festival.
way cool
Brilliant Trevor. The rhythm is very infectious (probably not a word that I should use at the moment) and yet full of menacing undertones. And then the last chord - ooh-errrr! Creepy.
I am not a stranger to this room either. No offence - but I don't think they should play this in the waiting room.....
Paul
Sounds like a time lapse sequence in a big time heist movie.
Early parts definitely had a conversation going on. The Squelch sounds are the FBI listening in to the robbers planning the job.
Ian
Yeah, I'm with IanR - definitely movie theme worthy music! I like the wa-wa. Don't hear enough of it these days. Cool piece!
Ha... yes, they should probably give this a miss in the waiting room all right. This really does have that uneasy feeling. Very well produced Trevor, all those weird noises sound good in headphones too.
I like the cool, loose groove of this. Ambient but funky, with all kinds of aural interests beeping and wobbling across the soundscape. And I definitely don't want to be waiting for another ECG test anytime soon. Cool stuff.
Now that's a cool intro. And it's a cool effect using sonic moods we're not used to. I like the use of the piano and the guitars are all used very well and sound good.
