Title: "I'm A Jazz Vampire" Deep cuts from Hooks vinyl (78s) collection

This is without a doubt my favorite of my 78s and perhaps my favorite record in my collection. It's by Marion Harris and was recorded in 1920. I believe that the shellac was released in 1921 so this record is 99 years old, that blows my mind and I just love this song/recording.

That was brilliant. It raises the hairs on my arms to listen to some really old recordings. It's literally like taking a step into the past. I have a real love of all of the early blues recordings, I find them mind boggling. The other great thing is they were done with such honesty, no studio/computer trickery.
