Hi all!

I posted a "Pixies"-vibe song on the Collab board. And here we go with vox/lyric by James and backing vocals by Päivi. Thanks James and Päivi 9{}

Recorded on Micro BR and mixed on Audacity.

This is very cool, I love the interplay between ORH & Ella. Such a good track Kari. I can't believe how similar the version I wrote this morning without hearing yours at all. Superb stuff!!

Meant to comment on this earlier - fantastic backer from Kari, and great contributions from James & Päivi = a great song.

Hook and old rottenhead have indeed thrown down the gauntlet.

Love the grungy, dirty feel of the guitars. The vocals & lyrics are great, doesn't hold any punches. Very cool guys.

I love going back and forth between this and Hook's virgin..  ;)

While Hook's take feels a little more filled out (like a complete song), I think orh's initial lyrics capture the mood of the song a tad more.  Listening to 'Someone Else' after hearing THIS song, I was mentally adding '..censor me..' to the melody.. :)   Thank goodness there really ISN'T that kind of censorship here!!   :o

Great job all the way around to everyone, though especially Redler in the sense that it was his music and melody that got everyone else's creative juices flowing in the first place!

So nice energetic tune! Kari is on the run! ;) Great lyrics and vocals from the James! Love that punk-vibe they make together.

Loving this one, love the chunky, chuggy rhythms and simple but very effective guitar melodies. Nice grungey sound all round. Jim's vox and lyrics  fit very well with this, great job all round.

What happens if Hook sang  his version of this amazing Redler backer at the same time as ORH (and Ella) did?
