Poor Elvis, ...he will turn over in his grave ;D ;D ;D
But I wanted to try,... just acoustic guitar and my clones for the choirs
not a Rap version, nor a hard one... just a "romance" inspired by a French song from 1784 "plaisir d'amour" ( I took the first measures of "Plaisirs d'amour" from the guitar intro
sung by Elvis Presley in 1961 in the movie Blue Hawaii
thank you guys for listening
PS I search,...but no festival for Elvis?
...so simple, so nice...
Alfredo
No, no festival for Elvis! Maybe that will change some day!!?
Elvis is nodding in approval to this version from the great gig in the sky. Lovely JP. Great job on the production, sounds great on headphones.
Mike
Great cover of a classic! Well sung and played!
Nice job on this, JP. I really liked the dynamics on the acoustic guitar.
Great cover. Hearing this makes me think of the scene in "The Conjuring 2" - where they play this tune. Its a very touching scene in the middle of a horror film, but it is one of my favourite films. Really enjoyed your version of this, so very well played.
B
Wonderfully done.
Rock on!
thank you all guys
Bruno, I'm curious ..I'm going to watch the movie the conjuring 2 ;)
Great job brother Elvis would approved I really liked this stripped down version I think this brings out the song and lyrics
Well done. Started putting the studio together this week finally so will be able to do a a song with you soon
Tim
Tim, I can't wait to do a song with you
Bruno, ouch !..., I saw the terrifying conjuring 2 movie! The song in the movie is super well sung and... it's funny, the actor manages to make the same smile as Elvis by lifting the right side of his upper lip :D
thank you all guys
Beautiful JP, just Beautiful... Alex
