Lorne Reid - all guitars and drums. Farrell Jackson - all vocals and bass. Songwriters/lyric - Jackson and Reid
Sea of Change

We're surrounded by a sea of change,
It's hard to recognize, cause things all seem the same.
If you look a little closer, you can see the tide has turned,
It's so very obvious, when will we ever learn

We won't find the answers, through someone else's eyes,
Or following them blindly, to maintain the lies.
It's time to cross the bridge, instead of building walls,
It's time for us to embrace the good...the good within us all.

Although the water are choppy, rougher than it needs to be
Our sails may be tattered, faith guides us through this sea
If for reasons beyond our control, our ship begins to list
We can keep it upright, with just one simple wish....

Calm this sea of rage, time to be the brave
Stand beyond the flames........

Sweet vocals/harmonies and superb job on guitar and so well written and performed!

I'm iliking each songs you've done with Lorne...you're so dynamic duo :)

That reverb is like a fluffy pillow. Dug the whole song, but the vocals are a stand-out for me. Cool song structure. I also dug the slow tempo vs. parts that get more complex sonically. Is that bass fretless?

The big reverb sound, with country rock vibe, big production on this lots going on vocal and guitar, big respect!!!

Thanks Blooby, Kari, Tim, Bluesberry, and SE !

Blooby, the bass I used is a 1970 Vox Violin Solid Body. It's not fretless but the frets are very low and thin. It also has flat wound strings on it. This picture is just a stock picture I grabbed but mine is the same model, finish and condition.

super recording , and those guitars man outstanding !! love the opening riff , vox is brilliant . so many guitar parts to listen to amazing stuff

Everyone has said it, such a good production. In headphones here and it sounds great. Fine musicianship as always, and really like the well written lyrics.
This is song creation  we look forward to hearing on Songcrafters.

Your vocal sounds really different on this mate.
There's alot happening in that guitar work and the drums are also cool.
Great quality song.well done.

What a great song.  The chorus is so catchy and the vocal harmonies are just sublime.
